Ms. Viola was my oldest kindergarten teacher, she was such an amazing teacher to him, always smiling. How she did it I will never know. My son was her student in 91, he has kids of his own now but he still tells stories even to his boy about his favorite teacher Ms. Viola, my condolences to the family, heaven just got another angel . ❤️

Viola was one of my roommates at Jarvis Christian College in Hawkins, Texas in 1968. She was a good friend who called things just as she saw them. She did not mince words, but was extremely kind and giving. If a person needed something, she did not hesitate to give. I appreciated her quick wit and humor. She left her mark on this world and lives on in my life. To her son, Darlene, Aileen and family, I offer my condolences.
