Mr Marcel looked out for us and he never missed nothing. We use to called him' the little police,' on our street. We were sorry to hear that he is no longer with us. God blessed his soul. Our condolences and prayers are extended to his wife, Mrs Earnestine, his children, grandkids and his other family members. He is going to be missed in Shaw. He came.from the generation that looked out for his neighbors and when the parents were not home, he was the boss on our street.
