Funeral services for Mary Ann Cooper, 79, of Shaw, MS will be held Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 11am at Pilgrim Rest MB Church, Shaw with burial following in Northwest Shaw Memorial Gardens, Shaw under the direction of Johnson and Scott Mortuary. She died Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at Freodart Memorial Hospital, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 10, 2026 from 2-4pm at Johnson and Scott Mortuary.
Pastor Lonnie Gunn will officiate.

The nurturing love that Mary Ann McCullum Cooper possessed was amazing. When we lost her daughter Niecee, leaving her babies Laneisha, Calvin, and Marquise, Mary Ann stepped right into her shoes and kept the family together. She showered all the motherly love Niecee and Pookie knew on them. That takes a special person. She gave her best and these babies have grown up to be some amazing adults. Rest well Mary Ann.
