Graveside services for Stella Louise "Wanky" Jackson, 65, of Chicago, IL formerly of Shaw, MS will be held at 11am Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Northwest Shaw Memorial Gardens, Shaw under the direction of Johnson and Scott Mortuary, Cleveland. She died Friday, August 28, 2020 at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, IL.

Stella was born January 2, 1955 to the late Charlie Westly (C.W.), Sr. and Willie Rose Jackson in Shaw, MS . She was the tenth of thirteen siblings of which she share a special relationship. She acceptedChrist at an early age art Poplar Grove MB Church on Litton Road in Shaw, MS.

Stella received her formal education in the Shaw School System and graduated from Shaw High School in 1973.

She leaves to Cherish her memories: two loving sons: Ralphell Jackson Sanders of Springfield, IL and Octavius Hawkins of Chicago, IL; One daughter, April Sanders of Chicago, IL, three grandchildren, Chanequa Jackson, Ralphell Jackson Jr, and Elijah Jackson; Four great-grandchildren, Jaden JacksonLondyn Jackson and Ralphell Jackson III and Romell Jackson; Five sisters, Pearlie Trotter of Philadelphia, PA; Earlene (Clarence) Davis, Charlene (Earl) Gray Sr., Ellen (Carl) Singleton all of Shaw, MS; One brother, Rev. Charlie (Cora) Jackson, Jr. of Shaw, MS; One brother-in-law, Rev. Lonnie Gunns of Shaw, MS; One aunt, Cora Lee Jackson of Mempgis, TN and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 4, 2020 from 2-5 with family hour 5-6 at the funeral home.

Rev. Charlie W. Jackson Jr. will officiate.
