James Connell Reid, Son of Pastor Emeritus W. J. Reid, passed on July 11, 2026, at Emory Decatur Hospital. A visitation will be held on Friday evening, July 24, 2026, from 5-7 pm at Jones and Turner Chapel, 484 Burney Street, Madison, Georgia. A Celebration of Life for James Connell Reid will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026 12:00 noon at Springfield Missionary Baptist Church, located at 2030 Bethany Church Road, Madison, GA 30650.
