Annie L. Tunstall was born June 15, 1936, in Cope, South Carolina to the late Clinton and Martha Smith. Upon moving to Sarasota, she became a member of Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church under the Pastorage of Rev. J.H. Floyd. At the time of her demise, she was a member of Community Bible Church under the Late Pastor Wade Thomas, Current Pastor Josephine Thomas.
She leaves not to mourn but to cherish and rejoice in her life: Son Gerald E. Green, Sr. of Sarasota, FL, One Adopted-Daughter: Nichelle Smith of Sarasota, FL, One Grandson: Gerald Green, Jr, of Sarasota, FL, Two Granddaughters: Addie Curry of Orlando, FL, Tracey Manix of Bradenton, FL; One Sister Gloria Abner of Sarasota, FL, Three Nieces Christine Jones of Sarasota, FL, Beverly King of Sarasota, FL, Terron Rose of Marietta, GA, Beverly Frazier of South Carolina, Three Nephews: Lawrence Bryant, Shawn Rose of Sarasota, FL, Anthony Rose of Dade City, FL, Damian Johnson and Rashad Smith of Sarasota, FL; Eight Great Grands, Three Great-Great Grands; all of her friends and well-wishers at Bayou Oaks and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held from 6:00pm-8:00pm on Fri., Sept. 29, 2023 at Jones Funeral Home. Services will be held 11:00am on Sat., Sept. 30, 2023 at Community Bible Church. Funeral arrangements by Jones Funeral Home.
