Edward Troupe, 75, of Sarasota, FL, passed away on Aug. 2, 2026. Visitation will be held from 11:00am-1:00pm on Sat., Aug. 29, 2026 at Truvine Missionary Baptist Church. Services will be held 1:00pm on Sat., Aug. 29, 2026 at Truvine Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral arrangements by Jones Funeral Home.

Edward Lee Troupe was born on
September 25, 1950, in Sarasota, Florida to the late Maxie Troupe Sr and the late Doris Troupe.
He attended Booker High School. Edward worked with Installation. Edward joined the Mason
June 2, 2001. He was a proud member and honored to serve as the Past Worshipful Master of Sarasota
Lodge #314 and received many awards.
Edward leaves his loving wife, Elizabeth Troupe
Daughter, 'Catherine Troupe that proceeds him in glory and his daughter, Tee Tee" Tonya Tillery.
He also leaves his Brother, Maxie Troupe Jr. and
Sisters, Deborah Troupe, Yvonne Battie, and Dianne Troupe-Bryant and Brother in Law; Vincent Bryant along with a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
