Nana, you are the true meaning of a nana. I have been around since Trina and I been best friends since 3rd grade. I am so grateful to have been accepted by you and the family. We have sooo so many memories. Trina and myself loved to sit and talk too you about our adventures we been thru. You have such a sweet soul and a great, phenomenal spirit. I hope and pray that I become a great and phenomenal Grandma just like you were as well as my grandma. Oh boy, how I'm going to miss those cream cheese sweet potato pies, and you make sure I got one every holiday or if you randomly made them you thought of me every time. It's somethings that me and you talked about and I will never forget what you said to me❤️ Nana I love you so much and I pray too our father that your soul Rest In Peace. I can't do anything but thank you God for allowing us more time with our Nana! Yes, I'm sad, yes I will miss her but I know for sure that she knew you and is now in a better place which doesn't include pain and suffering . A few months ago, I finally acknowledged what she was going through and cried out to her for her not to leave me as I was not ready and did not know a life without her. She told me that I would be okay and that she wasn't going anywhere anytime soon. My Nana kept her promise. On her last day God, allowed her to be more alert and responsive during our last time together. I was able to again thank her for making me who I am today, I told her how strong she has been while fighting this fight, that I will be okay and how much I love her. My Nana always said that when she has ran this race she wanted Jesus to say "Job well done." So I say to you again as I said to you on May 29, 2021 "Job well done Nana." I love you, I love you, I LOVE YOU.
