Laverne Rivers, 68, of Sarasota, FL, passed away on Aug. 19, 2026. Services will be held from 12:30pm-4:00pm at Longwood Run Park. Funeral arrangements by Jones Funeral Home.

She leaves to cherish her memories: son, Ronald Robinson; daughter, Ronika Rivers; sisters, Margaret Rivers and Diane Miller; brother, John P. River; 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
