Margaret M. Williams was born July 21, 1941 in McRae, Georgia to the late Harry McRae and Willie Mae Crawford. She was a member of Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church. She retired from the school board after many years. On Thursday June 18, 2026, the Lord called her home. She was married to the late Willie Williams.

She was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Moore; daughter, Barbra Wilson; sisters, Annie P. McRae, Elouise McRae-Scott and Cora McRae; brother, Clevis McRae; grandson, Von Waiters

She leaves to cherish her memories: son, Lonzo Moore; brother, Jimmy Pew; granddaughters, Tametris Wilson, Sheena Wilson; grandsons, Shawn Waiters, Tramaine Moore, and Michael Smith; great grandchildren, Indiya Laws and several others great grandchildren; nieces, Genise Fields and several others nieces and nephews; sister in law, Lelia McRae; a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 6:00pm-8:00pm on Fri., July 3, 2026 at Jones Funeral Home. Services will be held 1:00pm on Sat., July 4, 2026 at Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church. Burial will be held at Galilee Cemetery. Funeral arrangements by Jones Funeral Home.
