Obituary For Benjamin Brannon

Benjamin Brannon, 72, peacefully entered rest on April 25, 2015. Mr. Brannon was the son of the late Albert Brannon and Caroline Mathis. He was the widower of Carrie Lou Brannon. He was employed with Wickes Lumber and Lowes Contractor Yard. Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: his sons, Sterling Patrick Brannon and Benjamin Lavar Brannon; his stepdaughter, Angela Jeter; a very special friend and cousin, Roy Lee Mathis; his sister, Catherine Epps; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Benjamin Brannon was preceded in death by his sisters, Ida Mae Philson and Dorothy Jean Canty. A Celebration of the Life of Benjamin Brannon will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 12:00 noon at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC. Reverend Terry Brannon will officiate. Interment will be held in the Lincoln Memorial Gardens, 2310 Cannons Campground Rd., Spartanburg, SC.
