A Celebration of the Life of Charlie Foster, Jr. will be held Graveside on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Heritage Memorial Gardens, 3901 S. Church St., Roebuck, SC. Dr. B. D. Snoddy and Rev. Dr. Thomas E. Massey, Jr.
Mr. Foster will lie in state on Friday, February 12, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC.
