Obituary For Chemise Michele Henson
Ms. Chemise Michele Henson was born in Greenville, SC on November 23 rd ,
1963, to the late James and Carolyn Anderson of Travelers Rest, SC. She entered into
eternal rest on December 7 th , 2025, at her home.
Known as Michele by most, Michele was a graduate of Blue Ridge High School,
class of 1982. Following high school, Michele became a waitress with Pizza Hut.
Through her diligence and hard work, she became a general manager for the company
for many years until her early retirement.
Michele became a member of Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church at an early
age. Michele was a kind, generous woman, well-known, and loved by her community.
She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her paternal grandparents,
Carl and Carrie Anderson, and maternal grandparents, Henry and Edna Brown.
Loving and fond memories are left to be cherished by her daughter, Chemise
Markelia Henson of Spartanburg, SC, her sister, Edna Anderson Jones of Belmont, NC,
her brother, Todd (Phyllis) Duck of Boiling Springs, SC, a special sister, Annette
(Stanley) Drummond of Spartanburg, SC, mother-in-law, Mary Henson of Greer, SC,
and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends, and loved ones.
Michele will be greatly missed.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 10:00 am at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, Spartanburg, SC.
