Debra Marie King peacefully departed this life at home on July 26, 2025. She was born on March 11, 1958, in Washington, D.C., to the late Thomas Isiah Nunn and Adeline Thelma Russell.
She spent her early years in the Bronx, New York, where she began her education. She later earned her high school diploma from Teaneck High School in New Jersey. Shortly after graduation, Debra began her healthcare career at St. Barnabas Hospital as a Nurse’s Aide. Eventually, she returned to Hackensack, New Jersey, where she lived for many years. Most recently, Debra relocated to Spartanburg, South Carolina, a move she truly enjoyed and embraced with joy and optimism.
