Dolores Yvonne Taylor 83, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Friday August 4, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Arnett Taylor and Mrs. Ida Scott Taylor. She was born and raised in New York City, NY.
Dolores spent many years living in Bridgeport Connecticut. She retired from Sikorsky Aircraft, Stratford, CT in the late 80’s and relocated to Spartanburg, SC. Dolores was stern, witty, very giving and always made you laugh! She loved to travel. She loved spending time with her family. Being a grandmother brought her much joy. Dolores was full of life. She was always there when you needed her.
She was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. She enjoyed praise and worship. She always said there is no better place to be, than the presence of the LORD. To say we’re going to miss her…..… is an understatement.
