ORANGEBURG, S.C. - Dr. Ronald Dean Ray, 515 Willow Road, Orangeburg, SC, passed on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at the Georgia Health Science Medical Center. Funeral Services for Dr. Ronald Dean Ray will be held at Noon, Thursday, December 1, 2011 at the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, 310 Green Street, Orangeburg, SC. Reverend Gregory Young and Reverend Francis Covington will officiate. Survivors include his wife, M. Elizabeth, and his daughter, Megan Patrice; a sister, Vivian Brown, Charlotte, NC; a god-sister, Beverly (Bernie) Wright, Orangeburg, SC; three brothers, Charlton (Sheila) Ray Brown, Newberry, SC Mickey L Brown, Union, SC; Rickey l. Brown, Spartanburg, SC; mother-in-law, Mrs. Fannie S. Johnson; three sisters -in-law; three brothers-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The Wake will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the church's sanctuary. The Masonic Last Rites and Fraternal Memorial Service will be given by the aforementioned organizations. Burial services will be held at the Walker Memorial Park, Augusta, GA. The family will receive friends at the residence. A special thanks is extended to the staff members of the Georgia Health Science, National Health Care and the Regional Medical Centers. J.W.
