Today we celebrate and honor the life of Fredrick Quinton Hollis who passed January 2, 2026 at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System Hospice Home. He was born on June 25, 1957 to the late Elder Welton Hollis, Sr. and Mozelee Lloyd Hollis.
Fredrick was educated in the Spartanburg County Public School System. He graduated from Old Boiling Springs High School, Class of 1975.
Mr. Hollis was previously employed at America Fast Printing and Vic Bailey Motors. He was also a certified Plumber at HB Swofford and a certified Mechanic at Ford Manufacturing in Detroit, Michigan, Detroit.
Fredrick was a member of the United House of Prayer for All People at a young age.
He was preceded in death by: his sister, Deborah Hollis Harris.
Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: his four sisters, Javalin (Elder Eugene) Fuller, Sharon Gregory, Diana (Isaac) Gory at Spartanburg, SC, Donna (Norma) Wynn of Norfolk, VA; sister, Jackie (David) Bannister of Winnsboro, SC; special brothers, Steve Jeter and Rev. Randy Farr; special niece, Bernita H. Foster; special nephew, Gary Foster; special friend, Tracey Long; two daughters, Lakeyia Hollis Thacker and Jasmen Thacker of Spartanburg, SC; one grandson; one granddaughter; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, Spartanburg, SC.
