My Aunt Ida Ruth will always be remembered as a wonderful woman with lots of love ❤️ for all of her family. Whenever I visited her she would call me "Beau" and ask if I was hungry. There was always something to eat even with all the children she had. A kiss and a hug is all she wanted from me and to sit and tell her about my family. She's now with her heavenly father and family, hugging and kissing everyone. She'll be telling "Big John" all about us. She's left our sight, but not our hearts 💔. Love you cousins. Mrs. Porter was my friend and I loved her with all of my heart. We became closer through the years after I taught several of her grandchildren at Jesse Bobo. She was very supportive of our daughter's Girl Scout cookie sales each year she sold for her troop. I'm going to miss Mrs. Porter—although I didn't visit often...knowing she was here for me to swing by to chat a minute, was a source of comfort. Now she has gone to be with the Lord. Just last Saturday I sent an "I love you" by her daughter Rhonda...not knowing that days later she would be gone on to glory. To the Porter family, my family and I are lifting you up in prayer at this time of sorrow. Mrs.Ida was a wonderful beautiful sweet woman, she would give you the shirt off her back for anyone, that needs help, you surely will be miss, I love seeing her and granny when we go to church, and granny was sweet and wonderful, and beautiful with a good heart all well, now they both in heaven they will see one another again O' happy day.
