James Douglas McArthur Glenn, Jr. James Douglas McArthur Glenn, Jr., 54, passed on Wednesday, December 23, 2015. James was born in Shreveport, LA on July 16, 1961; he was the son of James Douglas McArthur, Sr. and the late Effie Lindsay Glenn Gentry. Mr. Glenn was an OTR truck driver with Protran Solutions, LLC. Left to cherish fond memories are: his sons, Andre Tremaine (Ta'Dashia) Glenn, Antwane Jovane Glenn and Antonio Atari Smith; his grandson, Dre'Shun T. Glenn; his father, James Douglas McArthur (Betty) Glenn, Sr.; his sister, Serbrennia L. (Ronnie) Foster; his brother, Jeff (Rosie) Glenn; his devoted companion, Kimberly Stepp and her daughter, Brianna; and dear family members and friends. A Celebration of the Life of James Douglas McArthur Glenn, Jr. will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard Street, Spartanburg, SC. Minister Sterling Farr will officiate. Interment will be in Pacolet Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Foster, 120 Hardy Street, Pacolet, SC.
