Mrs. Janice Wallace Rookard entered eternal peace on November 17, 2025.
On November 18, 1957, Janice was born to the late Johnny Odell Wallace and Fannie Grace Fowler Wallace in the small town of Inman, South Carolina.
Janice attended Spartanburg County District One schools and completed many years as a machine operator at Inman Laundry and Cleaners. She had an astonishing talent for drawing and loved to read, but she was best known by family and her closest friends for her joy for cooking and baking.
Survived by the loves of her life are her husband of 41 years, Jaycee Rookard of Inman, South Carolina, the three children she deeply cherished, Carlos "Rico" Wallace of Spartanburg, South Carolina, twin daughters Kimberly Dawn Wallace and Andrea Elaine Snoddy of Inman, 4 grandchildren, Veronica Faith Wallace, Quenton Wallace, Miracle Robinson, Josiah Snoddy, and one great granddaughter, Alaiyah Wallace.
Janice was preceded in death by siblings Odessa, Hessie Rebecca, John Wofford, Earl Dean, and Samuel Wallace and Jeanette Wallace McCormick, and grandson, Jaiden Wallace.
