A beautiful soldier in the army of the LORD has gone home to wear her crown. I know she is wearing it well. Well done good and faithful servant. You have crossed the finish line from labor to reward. You finished well sister Julia Dehart.love you and all who knew you will miss you 😘 🙏🏽✝️
As a child, I would walk by Mrs DeHarts home on my commute to school or to the store that was right above her home. I would often see her outside in her flower garden or doing chores in her yard. She would ALWAYS come to the fence and greet the students as they walked by with encouraging words. Her grace and poise was what I always admired while in or near her presence. Growing up in Jonesville there weren't many that "looked like" us that could be such the role model but she wore the hat extremely well. Legacy never dies as her works shall and are speaking for itself. Most sincere condolences to the family and may you find solace and most of all courage to carry her torch. God Bless You💐
Warmest Regards,
LaChandro Kershaw
Dear Aunt Julia,
You may have left us, but your memories will forever stay with us. I will miss your warmth, and laughter, your warm hugs, stories, and your love for the Lord will always hold a special place in my heart.
I'm so thankful I was able to see you a few times last year, while you were up and walking around at your facility. I'm sorry you didn't get the opportunity to open my Christmas gift my mom swung by to give you after celebrating Christmas in SC w/ my family. I'm also sorry, I didn't get the opportunity to stop by to say a quick hello before coming back to the DMV area in late December.
However, I'm glad that you are no longer suffering and resting in the arms of the Lord with your family that has gone on before you. May your spirit continue to shine bright and your soul rest in peace. Love you, Aunt Julia.
Love,
Mary Stewart

Mrs. DeHart was a woman who kept you laughing she love to sing and dance. The talks we shared was great she left an impact on many but the real impact that she made with my son Zachary Smith was just wonderful to him. She told me I missed him when he didn't come sit with her as he mad his rounds. She said you had him but that's my boy and that he was. Take your rest here on earth but we know in heaven it you will just be starting. Rest under his Wings Mrs. DeHart.

To the Wood/Stewart/DeHart Family: We offer our sincere and heartfelt condolences. We pray that God will provide a time of comfort and rest for those who hearts are hurting. Sister Julia DeHart's mission in life was to serve God and others. She served as a Mother, Teacher, Nurse, Church Leader, Community Activist, Councilwoman, and Caregiver. "She helped so many people during her 100 year lifespan." A great soul serves everyone all the time and never die. At God's appointed time, He removes their physical presence from our lives, but they continue to live in our hearts and memories. May the life Sis. DeHart lived and the sevice she gave speak for her. Cousins Tony & Jacqueline Stewart, Jacksonville, Fl.
Mrs DeHart was a force of nature. She didn't just talk the talk but she walked the walk. She was an inspiration and joy to be around. She was a woman of faith and her love of Christ radiated from her. Her vibrant presence will be missed but all who knew her can be thankful she was in our midst. She is now "Under His Wings" , dancing in the presence of the Lord. Kathy Young

Mrs DeHart was truly the epitome of a life well lived. I met her when I was a little girl, and to me, she was the definition of an independent woman! She had grace, style, class, and just enough sass to keep you smiling. Over the years, I grew to know her as a woman of substance, and later learned we were distant cousins, as are most people in Jonesville, SC. I know that God was eager to receive Mrs Julia. The angels are making room for this amazing lady to come on home. Sleep well, Mrs DeHart. You've earned your rest. Jacqueline Lyles Kersey (Foster/Rogers)
