Mr. Kenneth Harris, son of the late Charles and Margaret (Turk) Harris was born June 9, 1959. He entered into his eternal home with Jesus on September 14, 2024 at his home in Spartanburg, SC. Kenneth was preceded in death by two of his brothers, Jackie Turk and Ronnie C. Harris.
Kenneth “Kenny Boy” attended Hardy Chapel Baptist Church in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He also attended Spartanburg High School and was a former employee of Tietex Spartanburg and Spartanburg Waterworks. In his spare time, Kenny enjoyed cutting his customer’s grass. His business was called “Cuttin’ Up Lawn Care”.
KB also enjoyed nascar racing and football! The Dallas Cowboys was his favorite football team. He was a super, super fan. Kenny Boy’s favorite thing to say was “We can win if Dak get it together!”.
Left to cherish him and his fond memories are his lovely wife Monica Hughes Harris, his two daughters, Teelah Payton Dennis (Joshua) of Moore, SC and Shajuana Dawkins (Sharone) of Boiling Springs, SC. Also, two sisters and one brother Tyrone Harris SR. (Joanne) of Moore, SC, Demetrice Williams (Frankie) of Spartanburg, SC and Ramona Harris of Spartanburg, SC. Kenny Boy also had four grandchildren and three great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Special niece Ekaboo Harris. Special nephew Zemar “Reddi Red” Bobo. Special aunt Pearline Stephens of Spartanburg, SC and special aunt Mary (Magg) Taylor of Detroit, MI. Special Longtime Friend Willie Ferguson.
Kenneth was loved my many and he loved all of his family dearly.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 12:00 noon at First Baptist of Fairforest, Spartanburg, SC. Burial will be in the Heritage Memorial Gardens, Roebuck, SC.

KB you gone be missed. We had a lot of great times growing up in the neighborhood and sports starting at Arcadia in Baseball with all the brothers of Newman Town and all throughout school years. Gone miss worshipping with you on the back pew at Hardy Chapel. RIP Brother
