Obituary For Leroy Mills, Sr.
Leroy Mills, Sr. entered into eternal rest on May 1, 2021. He was the son of the late Clarence Mills, Sr. and Annie Mae McIntyre Mills. He was the husband of Elizabeth Keenon Mills.
Leroy attended Foster Grove High School.
He retired from Tietex, Inc.
Mr. Mills was a member of the New Testament Christian Church.
Left to cherish fond and loving memories are:his daughters, Detra Mills (Torrance), Shirley Logan (Derrick) and Porsche Mills; his son, Timothy L. Mills; his sisters, Carolyn Mills, Betty Mills Saxon and Shirley Gilliam (James); his brothers, Clarence Mills, Jr., Ronnie Mills of Rutherford, NC, Robert Mills (Cynthia), Dr. Bobby Mills (Lanita) of Houston, TX and Roger Mills; his twelve grandchildren; his nineteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his son, Leroy Mills, Jr.
A Celebration of the Life of Leroy Mills, Sr. will be held on Friday, May 7, 2021 at 12:00 noon at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC. Burial will be in the Heritage Memorial Gardens, 3901 S. Church St., Roebuck, SC.
