My condolences to the family of Mae Stevens. Sorry to hear that she has passed. She was a dear classmate. We all had fond memories on Carver's band. Rest in peace "Mae." Douglas Martin '70.
My thoughts and prayers are with the Family at this time. Mae and I were Friends in High School we played on the Band together, had Classes together . Though we only saw each other occasionally over the years Mae and I always greeted each other with a hug. She will never be forgotten in my heart. Margaret Fowler. Carver High School. Class of 70
Dear Mary Being your big sister has been one of my greatest rewards I got to watch you grow up, and if only those memories were on record I was a little older, but you were one of my closest friends You were there when I lost Webbie & Tim and you helped my heart to mend When we lost our parents and some siblings we leaned on one another And even when we were sick, we always reached out to each other. I talked to you every day, about everything and nothing But if I could talk to you one more time, I'd take the time to say one thing, Mary I'd tell you I love you, I miss you and you mean so much to me In you I found one of my greatest rewards and Mary I'm proud to be Your Sister,
Irene
