Obituary For Mr. Joseph Huston

Mr. Joseph Huston, 83, of 510 Thompson Street, passed on Monday, November 18, 2013 at the Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Mr. Huston was first married to Mrs. Mamie Huston for more than forty years. Mr. Huston was the widower of Mrs. Margarette Huston. He was the son of the late Mr. Manzie Huston and Mrs. Maggie Adams. Survivors include: one son, Quintin L. Briggs; seven daughters, Curleen Brothers, Joann Bomar, Carol Anderson, Carolyn Jones, Gloria Burgess, Lisa Fernandez, Daisy Zubair; four sisters, Arizonia Sims, Jessie Degraffinreid, Marie Degraffinreid and Ann Miller; four brothers, Daniel Huston, David Huston, Lawrence Huston and Paul Huston; twenty-two grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the John Stinson Woodward Funeral Home. Reverend Bobby Waters will officiate. Burial will be in the Heritage Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday evening, November 25, 2013 at the J.W. Woodward Funeral Home from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. J.W.
