Deacon Paul Davis

Paul Davis, 86, transitioned from earth to glory on Friday, May 3, 2019 at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System Hospice Home.

He was predeceased by: his wife, Willie Mae Beason Davis; his daughter Jeanette Cohens; and his granddaughter, Corona Cohens.

Survivors include: his children, Bishop Johnny L. Davis (First Lady Evelyn), Verbina Davis, Elder Ralph Davis (Minister Faith), First Lady Marion Davis Brown (Pastor Michael) and Deacon Randy Davis (Paula); his godchild, Kenneth Woodruff (Charlene); his eighteen grandchildren; his thirty-three great-grandchildren; and his four great-great grandchildren.

Homegoing Services for Deacon Paul Davis will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 12:00 noon at Greater St. James Temple Church, 13255 Asheville Hwy., Inman, SC. Burial will be in the Lincoln Memorial Gardens, 2310 Cannons Campground Rd., Drayton, SC.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the church.

The family is receiving friends at the home of his son, Bishop Johnny L. Davis & Lady Evelyn Davis, 147 River Walk Drive, Lyman, SC.
