Mrs. Mary Ann Davis BoydSPARTANBURG, SC-- Mrs. Mary Ann Davis Boyd, of 240 Grainger Road, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 14, 2013. She was the wife of Mr. Aubrey Boyd for 42 years. Mary was a native of Spartanburg County; Mrs. Boyd was the daughter of the late Mr. Allen Davis and Mrs. Lizzie Mae Tate Davis.Mrs. Boyd was educated in the Spartanburg School System. Mary obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. She worked at M.E.M.C. in Moore, SC.As a child she was of the Catholic Faith. She faithfully studied with the Jehovah's Witnesses until her health declined.Survivors also include two sons, Mr. Aubrey (Debra) Boyd of San Antonio, TX and Mr. Aubreus Boyd of Spartanburg, SC; one daughter, Mrs. Marya (Samuel) Fullenwider of Spartanburg, SC; five sisters, Miss Dorothy Davis, Miss Deloris Davis, Miss Debra Davis, Miss Teresia Davis, and Miss Vickey Davis of Spartanburg, SC; three brothers, Mr. Jerry Lewis Davis, Mr. Ricky Davis, and Mr. Marcellos Davis of Spartanburg, SC; two sisters-in-law, Miss Amelia Gist and Miss Angela Brandon of Spartanburg, SC; nine grandchildren.Two brothers, Mr. Allen Eugene Davis and Mr. Michael Anthony Davis, predeceased her.Graveside services will be held on Sunday, March 17, 2013, at 2:00 PM at The Heritage Memorial Gardens. Rev. Jefferson Crystal will officiate.The family will receive friends on Saturday evening, March 16, 2013, at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM.The family is at the home.J.
