Obituary For Pauline Jeter
SPARTANBURG, SC - Pauline J. Lyles Jeter, 92, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, November 11, 2015. Mrs. Jeter was the daughter of Otis and Alice Jones Lyles. She was the widow of Deothus Jeter, Sr. Mrs. Jeter was a member of Monks Grove Baptist Church. Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: her eight children, Florida (Alfred) Reed of Martinez, GA, Garshield (Joann) Jeter of Spartanburg, SC, Elruby (Julius) Cates of Spartanburg, SC, Carolyn Jeter of Wellford, SC, Deothus (Nezzie) Jeter, Jr. of Mauldin, SC, Sylvia (Larry) Montgomery of Boiling Springs, SC, Steven Jeter of Boiling Springs, SC and Dennis (Alfreda) Jeter of Mableton, GA. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Deshiella Jo Jeter. A Celebration of the Life of Pauline J. Lyles Jeter will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Monks Grove Baptist Church, 718 Monks Grove Church Rd., Spartanburg, SC. Reverend Dr. John H. Corbitt will officiate. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 13, 2015 from 7:00-8:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC.

The Jeter family is in my thoughts and prayers. I didn't know Mrs. Pauline personally but if she was anything like Steven and Stevonna, I know she was an amazing lady. God bless you all! You are in my thoughts and prayers!
