WASHINGTON, DC-- Reginald E. Waters, 50, passed on October 23, 2018.
Mr. Waters was the beloved husband of Mrs. Marsha Forbes Waters; son of Mrs. Bernice G. W. Lewis and the late Johnnie W. He was the kindest man, always cheerful with a smile, and very giving. My son, John and I remember so many good times at Eaton with Maxim (and sometimes Elle and Harper, too). So sorry, our best to Marsha, and all of the family. Prayers for strength and God's grace in this time of grief.
