Sending my sincere condolences and prayers to the family of a great man of God. May our Father in Heaven continue to bless you now and forever.
I was heartbroken to hear about Silas's passing, and I'm holding you and the family close in my heart right now. Being part of your family for many years was a gift, and I'll always be grateful for it.
I loved him. He welcomed me, made me laugh, and showed me what family means. I still carry that with me, and I always will.
I love you too, and I'm so sorry for the loss of your husband. Please know I'm thinking of you, and praying that you feeling peace that surpasses understanding.
With all my love, Garriel Oliver
To the family, my heart is with you. I have so many memories of Salas at Union Baptist Church in Winston-Salem. Salas and my father, Deacon Charles Peoples, were very close when Salas was a deacon. They both sat beside one another in the front row. I know they are praising God together. ππ½ββοΈππΎππΎ

In Loving Memory of my brother, Silas("Nut") Every Sunday at 3:15p.m., we gathered for our family Zoom fellowship. But this Sunday, my brother was not on the call, he had answered another call, the one from his Heavenly Father. Silas loved the Lord and his family, and this is what matters most. I will miss our Sunday fellowships and his weekly calls. Though my heart is heavy, I find comfort in knowing that he is resting in the arms of Jesus. Rest in peace "Nut," you will forever be loved and missed.
I'll never forget his Holy Danceππ½ He had a scoot like no other. He always showed his love for the Lord and his family openly and proudly! He was a true man of God who will be remembered and missed immensely. May he RIP
Silas was a very fun guy. Both of our families grew up together at the old Galilee Missionary Baptist church ( MLK DR) He was raised from a Christian and loving family. He will be surely missed. May God continue blessing THE HART FAMILY. RIP SILAS π
It is our prayer that God will comfort you during this sad time. May He richly bless you as you mourn and may the light of His presence be a continual source of consolation.

My condolences and prayers to Mrs. Kaye, the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Rev. Silas was compassionate, caring, supportive Deacon and friend. He was one the first people to welcome me when I arrived at Union Baptist. Being a single mom, I had some trouble with my car, he send me to the person I needed to help me and my car was running good again. I had young sons, he would encourage them. There was always something to laugh about.
Our deepest sympathies, prayers and love to our Pastor, Keith McDaniel, and his family in the passing of your beloved Dad. Know that the same encouragement you extend to the flock at Macedonia as you stand before us Sunday after Sunday is extended to you, Lady McDaniel, your sweet Mom, and the entire McDaniel and Hart crew. May God continue to keep and guide you all. Dennis and Tina Smith
