John Willie,Tracy, Steve I forgot to sign my name in the guestbook, with heartfelt condolences Gail R. Drummond
I remember Richard well as as a childhood friend and cousin,John Willie, Tracy, Steve my thoughts and prayers are with you and the rest of the family may the peace of Christ be with you now and forever.
It is with much sadness that I say farewell to my classmate and childhood play mate. We grew up in same neighborhood and we both lived on Owen Street at the time. Richard was always kind and cordial towards me and I had the same admiration and respect for him. I recall when we played baseball together on Duncan Street in the Catholic Church fields. And we were classmates in the 1965 Carver Graduating class. I was proud of his accomplishments and his endeavor into the recycling industry before going into law-enforcement. To John,Tracy and Steve you have my sympathy and let me know if I can do anything to help. This is your brother in Christ, Herbert Walker, Columbia, South Carolina.
My condolences to the family, may God strengthen you and be with you all during your time of bereavement. Joclyn Gray
