Rodreik Loray Sanders was born on July 7, 1983 to Stanley Elmore and Jerri Ann Sanders. He fought the good fight for eight years and went to be with the Lord on July 23, 2021. Mr. Sanders was a native of Spartanburg, SC. “Rod” was an entrepreneur at heart. He successfully utilized social media to his advantage. Mr. Sanders was a jack of all trades.
He was a King who respected and loved his wife, LaShunda, as a Queen for twenty years. Mr. Sanders’ children were his Princes’. He was a great man with many beautiful qualities. He was a loving, caring, patient, spiritual and faithful to God, humble and a gentle giant to all he encountered.
Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: his loving wife, LaShunda Sanders; his two sons, Keisean and Keiyonn Sanders; his parents, Stanley Elmore and Jeri Ann Wilson; his sisters, Diondra Lattimore and Miriah Williford; his brothers, Kendeal Jones, Demareo Mack, Deion Elmore and Tyrek Browning; his best friend who was like a brother, Aaron Anderson; his grandfather, Jerry W. Sanders; his great-grandmother, Mildred Todd Lation; his aunts, Brenda Dawkins and Cynthia Lewis; his mother-in-law, Janice Drayton; his in-laws, Alize McMillan, Kevin Jenkins, Taumeia Alford, Angelene Thompson and Keith Drayton; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by: his daughter, Nicole Sanders; his grandmother, Joann Lantion; his great- grandmother, Dorothy Suber; and his father-in-law, Douglas Drayton.
Services will be held: Thursday, July 29, 2021 One O’Clock in the Afternoon The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel
