Shericalyn Annetta Hill-Henney slipped into eternal rest on Friday, May 28, 2021 in Atlanta, Georgia. Born on July 24, 1983, she was the daughter of Ms. Tracy Tyus Hill and the late Reginald Hill. Shericalyn married her loving husband, Sgt E5 Ronald Henney, Jr. on March 30, 2019.
Affectionately known as “Sherica”, she graduated from Spartanburg High School and The University of South Carolina Upstate, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After graduation, Sherica pursued her professional career with UPS in Atlanta, Georgia.
Sherica was preceded in death by her father in 2014.
She will forever be loved and remembered by: her husband, Sgt E5 Ronald Henney, Jr.; her mother, Tracy Hill; step-mother, Yolanda Hill; mother-in-law, Alma Horace; grandparents, Warren and Marilyn Tyus, Joe and Frances Hill; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and loyal friends.
The unconditional loving support of her family and friends added to the joy, laughter and contagious smile that will always be present in our memories as we reminisce on the blessing God shared with us through her life.
A Celebration of the Life of Shericalyn Annetta Hill-Henney will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 12:00 noon at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC. Burial will be in the Lincoln Memorial Gardens, 2256 Cannons Campground Rd., Spartanburg, SC. Live stream will be available on Facebook at TEEFERGUSONREPORT.

I had the pleasure of meeting this bright soul when she was a little girl visiting her Aunt Venita. I knew then that she was destined for great things.
