Spartanburg, SC – Ms. Shirley McDowell, 72, entered eternal rest on July 15, 2017. A Celebration of the Life of Shirley McDowell will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at White Hall Independent Methodist Church, 130 Brown Arrow Cir., Inman, SC.
