Obituary For Terrie Bessellieu
Terrie Laney Bessellieu passed April 28, 2026. She was the daughter of Meek and Annie Mary Laney. Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: her son, Ivin Christopher Laney (Cathy) of Spartanburg, Sc; her daughter, Cassander George (Demetrius) of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Ivin Laney (Emma) of Boerve, TX and Antonia (Nia) Lyles of Spartanburg, SC, Diamond George and Terrianna George both of Atlanta, GA, Ariel Briggs of Union, SC, Sierra Robinson, Kacey Lyles, Avery Briggs, Nakierra Byrd, Miericar Boyd, Tou'ron Boyd, Kolby Byrd, Kameron Boyd, Leilani Staples, Kaliyah Dandy and Lyricas Boyd; her sister, Jennette Shuford; one brother, Arthur Earl Laney; her sister-in-law, Audrey Laney of Salisbury, NC; special nieces and nephews who were also caregivers, Keesha Ricky of the home, Brodik Tatiana of Forest City, NC, Katherine TJ of the home and Renata Laney of Youngstown, OH. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Glenn Bessellieu; her brother, Bobby Laney (Youral); her sisters, JoHazel Blackwell, Phyllis Collins, Sarah Ann Garrison; her sister-in-law, Ruth Laney, Ardie May Ellis Laney; one brotherin-law, Monroe Blackwell; one niece, Annette Littlejohn; and two nephews, Danny Gray and Frankie Lee Garrison.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel.livestream will be available via Facebook on the TEEFERGUSONREPORT at https://evt.live/terrie-bessellieu
