Spartanburg, SC: William Rice transitioned peacefully into eternal rest on Monday, March 13, 2023.
Services will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Cleveland Chapel Baptist Church, 494 Oaktree Rd, Spartanburg, SC. Burial will be in the Lincoln Memorial Gardens, Drayton, SC. Livestream will be available via Facebook on the TEEFERGUSONREPORT.
