Obituary For Willie Wright

Spartanburg, SC - Willie P. Wright, 66, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Monday, March 27, 2017. Mr. Wright was the son of Fletcher and Dorothy Wright. At an early age, Paul joined Harmon Baptist Church. Mr. Wright was employed for Carey Moving and Storage for twenty years. Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: his daughter, Tasha Green of Spartanburg, SC; his sons, Joshua Watson of Cowpens, SC and Willy Footman of Brooklyn, NY; his three sisters, Dorothy Wright and Carolyn Ann Wright both of Brooklyn, NY and Faye Stevens of Spartanburg, SC; his three grandchildren; his step-children; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and a special friend. Paul was preceded in death by: two sisters, Henrietta and Mary Wright; and a brother, John M. Wright. A Celebration of the Life of Willie Paul Wright will be held on Sunday, April 2, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC. Reverend Bessie Black will officiate. Interment will be in the Fosters Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, 899 Fosters Grove Rd., Chesnee, SC.
