When I moved hear from Atlanta, never had work in a plant before. He encouraged me to hang in there. So respectful and kind. He had a smile that would cheer the saddest days. At one point he wasn't sure I'd make it, I could tell. I end up excelling all the way to a Quality Technician. He planted a seed of encouragement. May he rest in power!🖤
