Obituary For Barbara Owings
Barbara Jean Owings, age 84, cherished mother of Jenell (Robert) Dobbins, Virgil Owings Jr., and William (NiKeta) Owings, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
Her funeral arrangements are currently being finalized, and her family and friends mourn her loss deeply, remembering her warmth and kindness.
