Ms. Lizz, I know you are smiling in heaven. Rest in peace.

Ms. Lizzie Brown was my Kentucky Mama❣️ she was my bestie. We first met at KSU working together in Morrisons Cafe at the University in 1991. For over the last 20+ years Lizzie was my right arm servant at The Kings Center, she would Cook for all dinners: especially her famous Green Beans. For over 20 years she loved helping deliver all Holiday food and gifts to both Families and also to South Frankfort Elders. She truly was the Kings Center Elder-South Frankfort Granny. She attended and helped chaperone on most all our Kings Center field trips. Lizzie and I were inseparable we would eat together.vwealways enjoyed laughing. Lizzie and I traveled regularly to Michigan to visit my Family. She won the hearts and was instantly adopted as part of my family. We also traveled to several Church events around the Midwest. Lizzie was weekly in Church, Bible study, prayer and worship fellowship with me. I love Lizzie so very much and though I will miss her. I am glad to know she is resting peacefully free of all pain in Jesus loving arms🙏🏼❣️

Miss Lizzie was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever known. I volunteered with her at the Kings Center and Salvation Army. She will be greatly missed.

Sending up prayers for the family and all my love! Lizzie always had a smile on her face and she always knew how to make you feel loved! Always remembered, never forgotten and forever in my heart! I love you Lizzie! I know you are dancing in Heaven! Now that you are home with our Lord, the party can finally begin!

My Prayers Are With You All! Miss. Lizzy K-State days and laughter in the kitchen I still hear and this is true, Miss Lizzy it was a honor for me to know you. The silent embrace and affection of real love that you gave, Always and forever in my heart will I save. The smell of good food cooking with a taste of love that I knew, These are the things I will remember of you. Never with your nose held high above all, No more suffering silent days you answered God's call. Although I knew you for just a little time, I will always remember your smile and eyes that shine d. The day the community honored you with a gift, your humble heart never rised or did it shift. You see from the day that I met you and heard your name, You always were 100 and yes stayed the same. I love you Miss Lizzy!
