The husband of Valerie K. Scott passed away from an extended illness at the University of Kentucky Medical Center on Sunday, June 21, 2026, with his family at his side.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his two sons, Brandon Scott of Mt. Sterling and Jazzy Scott of Ft. Thomas, Kentucky.
