My late husband Monte Mountz was in school with Haritta and always respected and spoke highly of her. When I got to know her in the 1990s, I came to love and appreciate her, also. Haritta was in several Bible study classes I was in, and I am still in awe of her gift for quoting exactly the right scripture at the right time! She was hearing the Holy Spirit speaking. Haritta never needed to draw attention to herself, but she blessed me and the church in so many ways and served with humility. She was and is a saint and an example I wish I could imitate.

Aunt Haritta, I'll forever cherish the warmth of your smile, the sweetness of your laughter, and the love you showered on me. You were more than an aunt; you were a guiding star, a source of endless love, and a true inspiration. I'll miss your comforting hugs, your wise advice, and the way you made me feel special. You taught me the true meaning of kindness, compassion, and unconditional love. Though you're no longer with us, your spirit will live on in my heart. I'll carry your memory with me always. Rest in peace, my dearest aunt. You'll be deeply missed. With love, Natasha
