Joseph Edward Carter Jr., 53
The son of Joseph Edward Carter Sr. and the late Christine Hale, passed away on March 31,2025 at the Clark Regional Medical Center, Winchester, Ky.
In addition to his father, Joseph is survived by his children, Dominic Williams, Jayla Ransom, and Le Ann Carter.
Also left to cherish Joseph’s memories are his siblings, Nichole NcNeal, Ursla Simmons, Chris Carter, and his grandchildren.

My condolences to the family. Joe walked with me as a solider in Christ. He shared a word. He kept me calm even when we were challenged together or separately at work. We continued motivate each other, even after time passed. I'm sad to hear he is not here. I know he is in heaven.
To my best friend. I will miss you. You were a caring brother, a hard worker and a loving father. You always kept your family and friends close. The times we have had keep me laughing. I pray for you and the family and honor your Homegoing from the love of a brother.
