I met Andre as a young adult, we had worked together. Then he became my neighbor for many years. I will remember his generosity and kindness. He will truly be missed. F. McGraw
Andre will be deeply missed. He spent Christmas with us for over the past twenty years. He was like family. We just received this shocking news today. We first met Andre over 28 years ago at Hartland Kroger. Andre our Christmas lunch will never be the same... Rest easy dear friend... We will save a seat for you at the table...
Our deepest condolences to the Cleveland family and all who loved Andr'e. -Hannah Allen and Bill Scott
Andre was such a sweet man ! He seemed like a part of our family . He had been coming to our house every Thanksgiving for the last maybe, 12-13 years ? I know there were a few times where he showed up a bit late yet everyone was asking " where's Andre ? " He always made a conversation with whoever he was sitting next to and after the Thanksgiving meal, he would take a big nap in the recliner, it was a given 😊 We are so sad to hear of his passing and we will miss him at our gatherings from now on.
Rest in peace Andre and Thank you for your companionship and kindness to our family. You will be missed 🌹

Sending condolences to his mother Marilyn and the Cleveland family, we're sorry to hear about the passing of Andre ❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾
I will always remember that Andre knew what it meant to be a good friend. A pleasant guest & joyful company. Andre has been the best friend my husband & I have had; for the last 16 years, maybe longer, after meeting in church. He began to come to our house for dinner & to watch sports & went on to be our guest at church more times than I can count. Andre was a guest at our table many times over the years, laughing & offering good conversation. He always thanked us for being good to him & we thanked him for being good to us. I told him the truth, no other friend, person, made a point to be at our house offering gifts every Christmas, or coming over every Thanksgiving evening to end the day having leftovers with our little family. He's been more like family than family at times. He is irreplaceable. We'll always remember what a wonderful friend & bright example of a kind human being Andre's been in our life. I hope to honor him by being as considerate to others as he always was. I know Andre has a home in heaven & know he'll hold a seat for us at the table when its our time. My heart goes out to his mother & family. God bless you. - Brooks
