Obituary For LaKeyia Rochelle Mullins
LaKeyia Rochelle Mullins, 48 the wife of Kenneth Smallwood and the mother of Michael Cody and Joseph Mullins, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at Baptist Health Hospital, In Richmond, Kentucky.
In addition to her husband and children, LaKeyia is survived by her mother, Juanita Gilbert, and brother, Tony Gilbert.
Also left to honor the memories of LaKeyia is her special aunt, Rochelle (Jerry) Garrett.
Preceded her in death are her father, David Gilbert, and Beloved Grandmother, Bettie Jo Gilbert.

Lakeyia was a lot of things to a lot of different people. She was a mother, a daughter and a sister. She was a loving wife and a kind friend. Knowing her was a blessing and I will always remember the happy times we shared.
I have had the wonderful pleasure of knowing and loving Lakeyia all her life. A very beautiful girl, she was. My sympathy to Tony, Juanita, children, Rochelle and all family members. Lakeyia was very loved and she will be greatly missed.
