Mary Bell Clark- Higgins, 92 Mother of Joyce Ann Higgins and grandmother to Shalis Alexandria Higgins passed away on Thursday, July 29th, ,2021 at her daughter's residence in Indianapolis, Indiana
In addition to her daughter and granddaughter, Mary is survived by her two sisters, Nellie B. Lee and Dorothy M. Cooper, both from Winchester, KY.
