Ruby Maxine Evans Davenport, 78, peacefully passed away on Monday, January 5, 2025, at Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, Kentucky, surrounded by her beloved family.
She is survived by her husband, James W. Davenport, and her children, Angela Davenport, James Anthony Davenport, and Bryan Davenport.

She was my aunt and it was a blessing to have her as my aunt. She will truly be missed by me and the rest of the family. I'll always remember you for many reasons but one of the main ones is that whopping you gave me. I still got marks on my legs from that and that was over50 years ago. π Get you rest aunt Ruby, we'll continue to carry you in our hearts forever.
Prayers to Mr. Davenport Anthony , Jeanie and Bryan. Yalls mom was a great woman i know she will be missed.
I worked with Ruby at Walmart as a door greeter.. she was a sweet lady... she always made me smile...she will be missed dearly
Ms. Ruby is a great blessing to all who ever has been in her life to encourage and support us who have grown up with her children guidance from her parenthood ways for us kids to be have and do what we can to be good!
