Ruby Denise Flowers took her eternal rest on April 26, 2022, at University Place Nurse and Rehabilitation Center in Charlotte, NC. Ruby was born May 31, 1957, in Concord to the late Willie Boyd Grisson and Willene Grisson Barringer. She graduated from Harding High School and attended Rutledge College in Charlotte, NC. Those left to celebrate Ruby’s life and cherish memories are her two daughters and their spouses, Charles and Kanika Perkins, Jamie and Latena Lee; five grandchildren, Mandrell Flowers, Cartell Perkins, Ayanna Garvin, Camden Perkins, and Ava Lee; two great-grandchildren, Prince Flowers and Chase Perkins; three brothers, James Grisson, Rodney Grisson and Robert Barringer; one sister, Sherry Barringer; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation and Homegoing Celebration Services will be held on Friday, May 6, 2022, at Kings Funeral Home-Chapel 4000 Beatties Ford Road Charlotte, NC 28216 Time: Visitation 1:00 PM -1:30 PM Homegoing Celebration will begin at 1:30 PM.
