William Norris Howard

William Norris Howard was born on February 2, 1963, in Brooklyn, New York. He passed away on October 13, 2026.

Williams’ mother, Joann Smith Howard, and his father, William Gilliard Howard, preceded him in death.

William loved music and treasured spending time with his friends. His companionship will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

William is survived by his sisters, Glenora Howard and Mary “Bee” Young, both who reside in Charlotte, NC; his cousin, Lilly Marie Crawford of Monroe, North Carolina; and many other cherished family members and friends.

William’s life and memory will remain forever in the hearts of his loved ones. He will be lovingly remembered by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
