Winnsboro, South Carolina - Dorothy J. Tillman 70, of 251 Flora Circle in Winnsboro SC, passed away on Thursday July 15, 2021 at here home. Graveside service will be held on Wednesday July 21, 2021 at 2:00pm at New Hope Baptist Church in Blair SC, with Rev. Gail McCullough officiating, Rev. Edward Cook will delivering the eulogy. Viewing 2-6pm on Tuesday at King's Funeral Home 135 Cemetery St. Chester SC. The family will receive friends at the home. Please wear your Mask.
